Role & responsibilities

Regional Sales Manager

  • Handling sales for UDTECHS network products.
  • Business Planning, forecast & implementing strategies of different category of products specific to industry vertical.
  • Responsible to Implement & manage direct, indirect sales, marketing activities
  • Reaching out to end customers for generating end customer sales opportunities, demonstrating product to prospective clients, driving end customer demand generation programs within territory & closing sales leads generated by the afore mentioned activities.
  • Achieve sales targets in the assigned region.
  • Achieve volumes and targeted market share in the assigned region.
  • Continuously work on identifying new opportunities.
  • Initiate marketing programs/ activities from time to time in the assigned region and monitor customer service to achieve sales objectives and customer satisfaction.
  • Update market developments periodically to facilitate proactive steps to combat competition.
  • Manage the team to ensure productivity and assure time management to support sales in the region.

Desired Candidate Profile


Training/ educational/ IT industry experience is a must
Understanding of the regional culture and market is a must.
Developing customer relationships.
Understanding technologies
Behavioral: Analytical Skills, People Management, Influencing Skills and Team Handling Experience
Work Experience: 7 to 10 Years


UG:B.Tech/B.E. - Any Specialization
PG:Post Graduation Not Required, MBA/PGDM - Any Specialization
Doctorate:Doctorate Not Required
